How do I know what size to order?

We have relevant size charts on each product listing and keep those updated, so please see it on each listing.

Are your mugs, glasses, and treat jars dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend dish washing our glassware. While we have tested all of our glassware in the dishwasher before, we've found that the prints can fade over time due to the high heat. If you must put in the dishwasher, our mugs are the most durable due to the ceramic material.​

Do I get to approve the illustration before the product is made?

For the custom character or any custom details, you will have a chance to review beforehand. For all others, a proof is only shared upon request, so please make a note of this in your order.​

Can I have more than one pet on a product?

Yes! I can fit 2 pets max on my products and you will need to add a custom detail add-on (https://www.fikamakes.com/product-page/extra-special-custom-details) and provide specific details on your order.​

Do you only draw dogs?

No! We've done a few cats, but no other animals as of now, though that doesn't mean we can't. We would love to do more characters and animals!

How do I care for my products?

With each order, we do include a care instructions card, so please do keep it as reference or refer back to the below:

Glassware: hand wash only in cold water, avoid extreme heat or soaking, NOT microwave or dishwasher safe

Apparel: flip inside out, gentle cycle, cold wash, hang/air dry, and do not iron over vinyl design

Pet Accessories: spot clean only

Macrame: always monitor when in use, hand wash only, hang/air dry

Are all of the items handmade to order?

Our custom products are designed and made by me, though I do not make the blank glassware or apparel myself. Due to the nature of these handmade accessories, they might have slight variations.

Do you do custom or bulk orders?

Yes, I do custom and bulk orders. Feel free to reach out via our Contact page, email us at fikamakes@gmail.com, or DM us on Instagram.

How long is your processing time?

Our current processing time is noted at the top of the website and will change based on our feasible timeline. We do aim to have all non custom orders shipped out within 2-5 business days. If you need your order expedited, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact page and we can see if it is possible.

My vinyl came off the glass. What can I do?

If it has been within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact me via our Contact page, email us at fikamakes@gmail.com, or DM us on Instagram. I can send you a replacement vinyl and step by step instructions on how to fix. If it has been more than 14 days, I unfortunately cannot help to replace the vinyl. Please note that for vinyl on glassware, you should only hand wash, prevent use of very hot water when washing, and harsh scrubbers.

What is your return and shipping policy?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the Contact page. For shipping, we use USPS First Class mail and USPS First Class International. Lost, stolen, or missing packages are not replaced or refunded by Fika Makes.

Would you be able to be a giveaway partner or supply free products?

I do not supply any free products in exchange for posts or reviews. For giveaways, even though I would love to participate in as many as possible, I prioritize requests from my ambassadors and existing supporters (i.e. people engaged in my account and/or have made a purchase in the past). I won't be able to accommodate every request, but please do feel free to reach out via DM or Contact page.
