Which toy is best for aggressive tuggers?
All toys are handmade with 100% cotton and not guaranteed to last through aggressive tugging. For our most durable styles, I would recommend more tightly wound knots such as The Loopy One, The Twisted One, and The Boxy One.
Are all of the items handmade to order?
All of our macrame accessories are handmade by me and made to order! Our custom products are also designed and made by me, though I do not make the blank glassware myself. Due to the nature of these handmade accessories, they might have slight variations.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?

How long is your processing time?
Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks, but we aim to have all orders shipped out within 5 business days. If you need your order expedited, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact page and we can see if it is possible.
My vinyl came off my glass! What can I do?
If it has been within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact me via our Contact page, email us at email@example.com, or DM us on Instagram. I can send you a replacement vinyl and step by step instructions on how to fix. If it has been more than 14 days, I unfortunately cannot help to replace the vinyl.
Please note that for vinyl on glassware, you should only hand wash, prevent use of very hot water when washing, and harsh scrubbers.
Is it safe for my pet to play with these toys?
Yes, but you must monitor your pet while playing with this toy as unravelling of the fringe can occur. We are not responsible for any harm or damage. Each toy is made of 100% cotton rope, which is actually beneficial for dental health as it helps remove plaque and tartar.
What is your return and shipping policy?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed unless it is a preorder, which we would explicitly state. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via the Contact page. For shipping, we use USPS First Class mail and USPS First Class International. Lost, stolen, or missing packages are not replaced or refunded by Fika Makes.
Would you be able to be a giveaway partner or supply free products?
I do not supply any free products in exchange for posts or reviews. For giveaways, even though I would love to participate in as many as possible, I prioritize requests from my ambassadors and existing supporters (i.e. people engaged in my account and/or have made a purchase in the past). I won't be able to accommodate every request, but please do feel free to reach out via DM or Contact page.
